Institutional Food Services

As a state-registered FSMC, we prepare and deliver USDA-compliant, from-scratch meals to area schools and other institutional/congregate feeding programs. We also provide CACFP meals to afterschool and summer feeding programs.

We provide daily meal services to a range of other nonprofits serving low-income or otherwise vulnerable individuals. We also provide white-label production to other food service providers in the area.

Retail & Catering

We host a live chef station with a rotating menu every Tuesday at the Energy Innovation Center featuring our culinary students working alongside a chef trainer. We also provide catering services for business and community meetings and events.

Food Rescue & Access

We work to increase access to healthy meals and snacks for food insecure children and their families. We rescue short-shelf-life fresh produce from the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and 412 Food Rescue and use it to prepare daily, hot, healthy meals for area shelters, and work closely with the Food Bank on other initiatives to increase access and awareness. We also partner with Just Harvest to promote the SNAP food assistance program, and we ensure all of our students have emergency food if needed.
